One Piece Episode 4
Foosha Village’s Local Sea King
When Luffy and Uta competed in a paddle race in barrels, they grabbed for a rock but instead came upon the Lord of the Coast and immediately started paddling away. The two kids were overlooked by the Lord of the Coast since he was preoccupied with devouring a fish.
The Lord of the Coast was drawn to the uproar when the bandit Higuma kidnapped a seven-year-old Monkey D. Luffy and flung him into the water. Higuma was swiftly eaten by the Lord of the Coast. He then attempted to devour Luffy, but Shanks stopped him. Despite the fact that he chewed off Shanks' left arm in the process, the experienced pirate's sheer strength of will terrified him and forced him to escape. The Lord of the Coast attempted to eat Luffy again ten years later when he left Foosha Village to embark on his journey as a pirate but was quickly defeated by a Gomu Gomu no Pistol.
The Lord of the Coast is a particularly ferocious and violent creature who frequently feeds on people. He is regarded as a beast that is considerably more vicious than the usual Sea King.
In comparison to other Sea Kings, the Lord of the Coast is a very tiny creature. He can still eat a grown man whole, despite his size. He resembles a giant, enormous brown eel with blue fins and crimson eyes. When it enters a berserk fury, these eyes grow bloodshot and the pupils take on a catlike appearance.
The Lord of the Coast is a Sea King, which makes him a naturally cruel and lethal predator and a strong swimmer. Even a well-known and formidable pirate like Shanks had to give up one arm to stop the beast from swallowing Luffy due to his speed and strength in the ocean. However, having been terrified by Shanks, his will is insufficient to withstand the effects of his Haoshoku Haki. Teen Luffy was also able to punch him and defeat him with a single blow.
Lord of the Coast is not only an anime character but is also a video game character.
