Mansherry was taken hostage by the Donquixote Pirates. The dwarf princess was imprisoned, while the others were made to work at the SMILE Factory. She was only kept alive because of her capacity for healing others.
At first, it was thought that Mansherry and the other imprisoned dwarves were being held prisoner at the factory beneath the Corrida Colosseum. Doflamingo's minions deceived the captive dwarves into believing Mansherry was sick and that SMILEs were needed to heal her while she was imprisoned. When the dwarves in captivity rose up, they discovered that Mansherry was nowhere to be found in the factory. It turned out that she had been imprisoned at the regal residence.
She sobbed and begged Leo to come save her while she was imprisoned in a tiny jail. Mansherry was compelled to use her healing abilities to revive Sugar when she fell unconscious. Later, Giolla attempted to force her into treating the defeated Donquixote Pirates. Mansherry declined since he understood they were the enemy. Giolla attempted to make Mansherry cry by force after learning that her tears might also be used to heal. However, Leo and Kabu are there to save the princess before Giolla can revive her dead allies.
Giolla was defeated by Leo and Mansherry was saved by being caught, much to her delight. Leo then asked to carry Mansherry, who said that her legs were paining. Leo flatly refused her request, scolding her for being arrogant and pointing out that she was capable of healing her own legs. Leo was informed by Mansherry that she would not flee and that she had never asked him to help her. Mansherry's obvious mood swings were making Leo increasingly irritated until Kabu gave him a headbutt and instructed him to carry the princess. Following that, Leo carried her.
Following their escape from the palace, the three dwarves saw Kyros, Rebecca, and Nico Robin in the Sunflower Field. Mansherry observed Kyros' wounds and offered to treat them, but Kyros declined and advised her to conserve her healing abilities for others in greater need. Later, she saw Trafalgar Law arrive at the Flower Field and the explosion that occurred on the palace roof. Law refused to be removed from the Flower Field as she prepared to heal him with her Watering Can. Then, Mansherry departed the location by taking Bartolomeo's stairwell.
Later, as the Dressrosa people and injured combatants from the Corrida Colosseum were attempting to fend off or flee from the approaching Birdcage, Mansherry utilized her magic to summon dandelions that would momentarily cure them. Later, while riding Kabu, she released the "dandelixirs" above the wrecked town. Mansherry cried as the effects disappeared but Kabu reminded her that many lives had been spared thanks to her efforts. The dwarves, including Mansherry, gathered in front of Kyros and greeted him when Donquixote Doflamingo was vanquished and the Birdcage fell.
Three days after Doflamingo was vanquished, Mansherry utilized her talent to aid in the healing of the wounded locals. Sengoku promised to help the dwarf princess when he and Tsuru arrived at Dressrosa. When the Marines were called up to go after Monkey D. Luffy and his comrades, they had no idea that the gifts they had given to Mansherry had made them helpless. Maujii reassured Mansherry that they had authorization from Kyros to leave them immobilized when she questioned whether it was okay. Gancho provided himself and Mansherry to the populace as King Riku Doldo III came in front of the people. Later, Mansherry joined Rebecca on a shopping trip.
Mansherry was present when Viola encouraged Rebecca to join the Levely as a lady-in-waiting.
Mansherry traveled to the Levely with the Riku family. After reading about Luffy's exploits at Totto Land, Mansherry asked Koby if he was a fan of Luffy during their conversation. Later, the participants of Dressrosa arrived at Mary Geoise. Mansherry followed Rebecca as she talked to Vivi and Shirahoshi about Luffy at the castle. She then joined Rebecca in enquiring about Dalton's love of Luffy. Leo was knocked unconscious by Rob Lucci while attempting to protect Shirahoshi from Charlos, and Mansherry rushed to his aid. Shirahoshi's injuries were treated by Mansherry after Mjosgard prevented Charlos from making Shirahoshi his slave.
Mansherry is self-centered, cruel, impulsive, and short-tempered, according to Leo. But this is only a misunderstanding on Leo's behalf. Mansherry proved her sincerity and goodness when she realized she had been deceived by Doflamingo and declined to treat the crew's wounded officers because she knew they would continue to harm people and take advantage of the dwarfs in her country. Kabu, who said that Mansherry is genuinely nice to everyone, highly confirmed that characteristic.
Mansherry had a strong crush on Leo, which is why she responded joyfully when he saved her. She saw him as a hero in shining armor and even blushed when he caught her. Mansherry displays a classic tsundere attitude towards Leo alone; yet, this does not stop her from hitting him after he plainly says that she has gained weight.
Mansherry has thick, wavy blonde hair that covers her torso and tail and is partially wrapped up in two buns. She has bright blue eyes. She wears a short white dress with matching stockings and heels.
She is extremely quick and more powerful than her small size would suggest for a dwarf. Additionally, she is the second-highest authority figure among all dwarves behind her father, the dwarf king, in her role as princess.
The Chiyu Chiyu no Mi is a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit. This fruit grants the user the ability to heal any wound or injury with the help of a liquid that comes from the user’s body. Mansherry uses the power of her fruit to create healing water from her palms. She also sprays her patients with tears using a watering can. The ability to cure any living thing that is harmed or injured is the devil fruit's main strength. Tears from the user's body serve as the physical manifestation of these healing skills. As soon as they come in contact with the injured person, they are instantly healed and can even revive those who have suffered severe shocks.
The same therapeutic effects of the water may also be created by the user in their hands. There is no restriction on how frequently this power may be employed. Additionally, the user may repair broken inanimate things, although doing so reduces their longevity. They can restore bodily functions but cannot build new ones from scratch. The power can only be activated if the user establishes contact with the intended receiver. Additionally, they cannot make their tears lose their healing abilities. They are thus an ideal target for exploitation.
Mansherry is not only an anime character but also a video game character in the game One Piece: Great Pirate Colosseum.
