It is just known that Ratchet rules over Mecha Island. He is their feudal lord and a genius scientist. He created advanced machinery and intended to use the island as his base of operations to dominate the world. He was defeated by the Straw Hats.

Dr. Ratchet is the main antagonist of Mecha Island. He is a great inventor who believes that he is a natural genius. He wants to rule the world. He is the feudal lord of Mecha Island.
Honki is one of Ratchet’s subordinates. He never leaves Ratchet’s side. He has a mechanical suit that has two powerful cannons attached to his shoulders which are activated when he pulls on the strings on the suit’s torso.
Maji is one of Ratchet’s subordinates. He was also one of Mecha Island’s generals. He is known to speak in a vulgar and impolite way, which really annoys Ratchet.
Roba is Ratchet’s mother. She is a coward. She has a deep sense of honor. She also takes the blame for her son’s behavior.
Gonzo is Ratchet’s family butler. He is extremely loyal to Roba to the point that he will disobey Ratchet.
Mecha Island has a few things in common with Zou: Both are animals carrying a civilization on their back, and they are unable to emit the magnetic waves recorded by Log Pose and Eternal Pose.
