Mikio Itoo in One Piece

Mikio Itoo was developed by Eiichiro Oda as the background comedy character, who is also regarded as the first Easter Egg in One Piece. He is a parody of Mikio Ito, a manga artist from Yokohama whom Oda knew as a fellow Nobuhiro Watsuki assistant.

Itoo has primarily "appeared" thus far on wanted posters placed all across East Blue. The most accurately portrays him as a man with an unruly mop of brown hair and a matching beard. These tend to differ substantially in detail.
