Strengths and Weaknesses of the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Saber Tiger

Strengths

The main ability of this fruit is that the user can transform into a “Saber-Toothed Tiger”, better known as the Smilodon, which is a strong predatory cat from prehistory characterized by its extended, curled fangs on its upper jaw. Who’s-Who, the current user of this Devil Fruit, is already a large man who can transform into his full Beast form, which makes his opponents appear like dwarves. The height and muscle mass of the Human Beast form are also rather larger.

The fruit’s transformation gives the user greater strength and durability as compared to other Ancient Zoans. The user acquires retractable claws on their hands and feet, similar to other feline Zoan powers, along with a set of long, sharp canine fangs that can be used for biting attacks. These natural weapons are incredibly strong and are even capable of overpowering reinforced defenses. Despite the user’s enormous build, it has some of the highest agility among Ancient Zoans.

Weaknesses

In this form, Who’s-Who grows a tail, which opponents can take advantage of by treading on it to stop him from escaping them, putting him in a precarious position for their subsequent moves. Apart from this, the user is vulnerable to the standard Devil Fruit flaws.

Usage and Techniques of the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Saber Tiger

Who’s-Who appears to use his razor-sharp canines to bite opponents during battle. Being a former CP9 agent and master of Rokushiki, he is able to combine his superhuman martial arts expertise with the increased physical strength and animalistic traits provided by his transformation, particularly of his Hunan-Beast form, substantially increasing his overall combat skills. Among other unique moves, Who’s-Who can sharpen his teeth for a fast-biting attack or shoot air pellets from them.

Who’s-Who has demonstrated the following techniques using his Devil Fruit powers:

Gagan (Fang Gun)

This is a technique that combines Who’s-Who’s Form with the use of Tobu Shigan. He quickly opens his maw forward, releasing a burst of pressurized air that resembles his fangs. When the explosion connects to a surface, it bites into the target, creating a neat, round hole in it. This attack is strong enough to pierce through Busoshoku Haki.

Tekkai “Kibasen” (Iron Mass-‘Fang Flash’)

This is a technique that combines Who’s-Who’s Human-Beast form with the use of Tekkai. Who’s-Who prepares to pounce by crouching, grinding his teeth, and then leaping at fast speed in an attempt to shred the victim with his fangs.

Shigan “Madara” (Finger Gun: ‘Speckles’)

This is a technique that combines the use of Shigan and Who’s-Who’s Human-Beast form. He uses both hands’ index fingers to stab his opponent’s body repeatedly while his claws help to maximize the possibility for harm. He does this in a series of extremely rapid jabs.
