Noko Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Totto Land. White Town is the only known city located on Noko Island.

It is stated that, according to the current timeline, Noko Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom, is said to have modified the appearance of the island with her Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit) and Streusen's Kuku Kuku no Mi (Cook-Cook Fruit) devil fruit powers.

Later, Charlotte Opera, Big Mom’s 10th child, the Minister of Whipped Cream of Totto Land, was appointed the minister in charge to govern Noko Island.

The information regarding the inhabitants of Noko Island has yet to be made available. Big Mom Pirates are the only known affiliates.

Charlotte Opera is an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. He is the 5th son of the Yonko. He is also the Minister of Whipped Cream of Totto Land and governs Noko Island in Big Mom’s territory. Opera is a supporting antagonist in the Whole Cake Island Arc.

Opera is a devil fruit user as he ate the Kuri Kuri no Mi, also known as the Cream-Cream Fruit, a paramecia-type devil fruit. It gave him the ability to create and manipulate cream. The cream he generates is so hot that it can burn the flesh of someone by simply touching it.

Very little information is available regarding Noko Island, and what kind of mysteries or wildlife it holds is still a mystery.
