Forty years ago, this island was empty, Boodle and his people who had fled from another town that was destroyed by pirates had come and settled here. They build a new town and named it Orange Town. When Buggy attacked Organ Island, the townspeople and Mayor Boodle retreated to the hill on the outskirts of the town.
