Package Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Totto Land, the main territory of Big Mom, an Emperor of the Sea. Not a lot is known about its history. Shiwake Town is the only known city located on Package Island.
Based on Charlotte Pudding’s rendition of the island, the infrastructure of the island is modeled after the giant versions of its name, packages in this case.
It is stated that Package Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom, is said to have altered the appearance of the island with her Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit) and Streusen's Kuku Kuku no Mi (Cook-Cook Fruit) devil fruit powers and appointed Charlotte Nusstorte, her 21st child, the Minister of Transport, in charge of Package Island.
