The Panda SMILE was eaten by an unnamed Gifter who we don't know about yet. It is said that this person was present at Onigashima and ate a Panda SMILE. This SMILE gave the user a full body of a giant panda, but it was upside down. His human head is between the giant panda's hind legs.

After eating the Panda SMILE, the user has enhanced physical abilities and can hold down power opponents too. They also possess abilities of high resilience.

As there is limited information on this SMILE, so we don't know if this SMILE has its weakness other than the standard SMILE fruit weaknesses. These weaknesses are the inability to swim and them not being able to express negative emotions irrespective of the situation.
