History

Past

Raki was born in the midst of conflict since she is a Shandia. The Chief had already told her and her Shandia friends the tale of Kalgara.

Skypiea Arc

Raki initially appeared at a gathering when the other Shandia and her talked about the Angel Island events. She informed Wyper that the adversary was their buddy, much like Gan Fall, whom he had turned down, and he responded by advising her not to take part in the conflict. Wyper then queries Aisa while frightenedly holding to Raki, whose voice has vanished. Later, Raki discovered that the competition doesn't just include Gan Fall. Raki steals Aisa's purse in an effort to win her favor by assembling Vearth. They begin traveling with the warriors to God's Shrine, where she and the other Shandia encounter Gedatsu and Ohm. The fight drags on until Kamakiri is injured and forces them to flee.

Wyper stopped Raki when she attempted to pick up some Vearth outside the woodland. In his appearance, Kamakiri says that if they retake the island, they won't need to obtain a sack full of Vearth. Then Wyper says that those who follow him must understand how to leave a wounded ally behind, and that God's Shrine will be their next stop. To reassemble the Vearth, Raki stayed by herself. Later, when she runs upon Kamakiri on the ground, he begs her to attempt to stop Wyper and warns him not to use the Reject Dial on Enel. She started looking for Wyper after speaking with Kamakiri. As soon as she got to the Yard's top level, she discovered Wyper there.

She then started to tell Wyper what Kamakiri had told her, but Enel arrived out of nowhere. She unsuccessfully tried to shoot Enel, but she was hit by Enel's lightning and rendered unconscious. Raki regained consciousness after Luffy had fought Enel. Raki was severely battered, but she managed to find Aisa's priceless Vearth bag. Aisa attempted to be tough and irritated with Raki for worrying her when they were reunited, but soon broke down in tears and raced to embrace her. After Enel's attack on Skypiea, Raki assisted her tribe and the other Skypieans in healing and reestablishing themselves. Later, she celebrated with the Skypieans and Straw Hat Pirates in honor of their triumph.

She gave Aisa a haircut while the group sailed away because she was making Aisa sit still while she was thrashing around like Luffy. Aisa's hair was short, but Raki gave it a cut nevertheless and advised her to let it grow out since it would seem more ladylike. Aisa's response was tomboyish, and she expressed her strong disdain while making fun of Raki for behaving like a woman. Along with the other island inhabitants, Raki said goodbye to the Straw Hat Pirates as they left Skypiea.

Where they are now

Later, Raki was seen strolling along with Nola, Conis, and Aisa on the Vearth.

From the Decks of the World

Raki and Conis have partnered to manage the Pumpkin Cafe eatery since the time jump. While Conis serves beverages, she is preparing noodles.

Personality

Raki is a strong, compassionate Shandia woman who enjoys cheering up other people. Wyper, though, asserts that she should concentrate on her broader objectives and stop worrying about the little things.

Appearance

Raki is a tall, black-haired woman with a long, intricate ponytail in the rear and two noticeable front fringes that are separated to either side of her face. She seems to be wearing pink lipstick on her lips and has dark green eyes. She has two little wings on her back, the same as every other Shandia. Raki is dressed in a light purple cleavage-baring tunic with a deeper design that reveals her tummy and light red trousers that are open on the inner of her legs and resemble those worn by Native Americans. She also wears Skate-style Wavers in complementary colors during combat.

Raki, like many Shandia, has always gone barefoot. She now wears two hair ties on top of her head rather than just one after two years. She also has the identical sleeveless garment with a face and wings as Conis.

Raki’s abilities, strengths, and fighting style

She was spotted carrying a tiny shield on her left arm in addition to her preferred weapon, a rifle. She is highly adept at using Jet Skis for air travel, just like the other Shandia. Raki is also highly resilient, as seen by the fact that she survived Enel's powerful electricity-based strike and was able to get up afterward.

Relationships

Friends

Kamakiri and Aisa are Raki’s close friends, and she would do anything to make Aisa happy. She is especially close to Aisa, and based on how they interact with one another, their connection may be compared to that of an older sister and a younger sister. The fact that Raki refers to Aisa's mother as her "aunt" suggests that the two may genuinely be related, despite the fact that this name is frequently used to refer to old people.

Wyper

Raki's relationship with Wyper, however, stands out from her prior partnerships in that she does not seem to be afraid of his violent tendencies while acknowledging that he just wants what is best for his people. But she is one of the few of his troops who have ever attempted to object to one of his decisions. Despite her disagreements with him, she stood by him during their fight against Enel and his soldiers and cared enough about him to make an effort to warn him about Enel's strength. Wyper's determination to give his life for the cause has changed the way she views him by the end of the battle.
