Rokumitsu Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Totto Land. Not a lot is known about its history. Nanamitsu Town is the only known town located on Rokumitsu Island.
It is stated that, according to the current timeline, Rokumitsu Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom, is said to have modified the appearance of the island with her Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit) and Streusen's Kuku Kuku no Mi (Cook-Cook Fruit) devil fruit powers and appointed Charlotte Flampe, her 77th child, the Minister of Honey, to run Rokumitsu Island.
The information regarding the inhabitants of Rokumitsu Island has yet to be made available. Big Mom Pirates are the only known affiliates.

Rokumi is the Japanese word for "seasoning." Along with Nanamitsu Town, the name could potentially be a play on the Japanese word for honey, hachimitsu.
