Past

Spencer became a member of the Roger Pirates. When Kozuki Oden joined the crew 25 years ago, he welcomed him with the rest of his crew. He saw the Road Poneglyph on Fish-Man Island on the crew's last voyage to Laugh Tale and enjoyed their presence. He worked with the other members of his crew to determine the course of their journey when the team discovered all four Road Poneglyphs, and they all laughed when they arrived.

Spencer said goodbye to Gol D. Roger with tears as he left the crew. The location of his whereabouts following the crew's disbandment by his captain remains unknown.

Spencer's personality is dark, however, he was seen enjoying himself when participating in crew activities.

Appearance

Spencer is a fair-skinned, average-built man with light hair that is put into a ponytail. He is seen wearing a black shirt, a light-colored jacket with many stylized patches on the left arm, light-colored trousers, and flat light when traveling with the Roger Pirates.
