St. Poplar in One Piece

St. Poplar became connected to Water 7 after the Sea Train was completed. At that time Water 7 was weak due to the attacks on merchant ships. Once they both were connected, St. Poplar supplied wood to Water 7 and many years later, Franky sent the Square sisters here to buy the Adam wood on the black market.

After the Enies Lobby arc, CP9 was forced to come to this town and raise money that was needed for Rob Lucci’s treatment. All the members of CP9 did things that they were professional in and were able to finally collect money for Lucci’s treatment. After Lucci recovered, they all came together and defended the town from the Candy Pirates. CP9 was then forced to leave as the citizens got scared of Lucci's brutality against the pirate captain which scared the citizens.

The people who were on St. Poplar are:

Rob Lucci, Kaku, and Kalifa

They were the members of CP9 who worked undercover for the World Government in Water 7. They were seen fighting the Straw Hats crew during the Enies Lobby Arc.
