Past

Stussy is a clone of Buckingham Stussy and the first known successful clone that was developed at MADS. Stussy was a member of Cypher Pol for some time in her life before switching over to work for CP0. She was eventually given a covert mission as one of the Underworld emperors, and she has held both jobs for at least 20 years. Stussy has been to Egghead once or twice in her life. Stussy received an invitation to Big Mom's Tea Party because of her cover, where Charlotte Pudding was going to marry Sanji.

Whole Cake Island Arc

When Du Feld and Drug Peclo began criticizing one another on Whole Cake Island, Stussy and a few of the other emperors expressed their disappointment. Stussy drank juices squeezed out of a giraffe by Charlotte Smoothie in the banquet hall before the tea party started. They were taken to the banquet hall by Charlotte Perospero on a sugar escalator. Later, Big Mom was gifted with the presents by Stussy and the other emperors of the Underworld, who were delighted by the quantity. The Tamatebako, which Big Mom would unwrap after the ceremony along with the other presents, was then mentioned to the group.

Stussy and the other guests eagerly anticipated the occasion. Stussy remarked that Pudding made her think of her younger years when Sanji and Pudding arrived at the event. Stussy punched Du Feld when he inquired about her age. As soon as Monkey D. Luffy and his crew began creating havoc at the wedding location, Big Mom began screaming in Haoshoku Haki, which left Stussy immobile and forced her to cover her ears. Stussy approached the Tamatebako as soon as Du Feld saw him perched on the edge of a lower platform and questioned him about his motivations. Du Feld then lost his balance and landed on the chest. Using a Tobu Shigan, Stussy shot him before he could open it.

Du Feld's lifeless body leaned on the chest, causing it to topple, as she made sure an overhearing Morgans would attribute the theft of the treasure to Du Feld. Stussy and Morgans both gasped as they saw the chest fall to the ground and burst at the base of the Whole Cake Chateau. Stussy used Geppo to stay in the air as the castle crumbled and concurred with Morgan that it would be huge news if the Big Mom Pirates were finally put a stop to. When Stussy and Morgans met with Mont-d'Or and Count Niwatori hours after the fall of the Whole Cake Chateau, she confessed that the Tamatebako was the source of the explosion that brought down the castle.

Stussy remarked on how disgusting their intentions were when Mont-d'Or assured Morgans that the Big Mom Pirates would kill the Straw Hat Pirates and flaunt their heads. Stussy and Morgans escaped from Whole Cake Island as the anarchy in Totto Land grew worse. Stussy remarked that he was on the Straw Hats' side while they were in the balloon since Morgans had told them to run away.

Levely Arc

After the incidents in Totto Land, Stussy went to Mary Geoise. Before the Levely, Stussy was present to defend the World Noble alongside Rob Lucci, Kaku, and Gismonda. Charlos tried to enslave Shirahoshi. Stussy and the rest of CP0 fled as directed following Donquixote Mjosgard's intervention.

Stussy attended the Pirates Festival together with other CP0 members.

Wano Country Arc

After Kaido’s defeat, Stussy later joined Lucci and Kaku in an attempt to seize control of Wano Country for the World Government.

One Piece Film: Red

Stussy and CP0 listened to Uta's childhood song "Where the Wind Blows" after the events on Elegia.

Egghead Arc

Kaku and Stussy were given a mission to kill Vegapunk and his six satellites without harming his innovations. They received instructions to wait for Admiral Kizaru to arrive. Stussy overheard Kaku explaining to Lucci the reason for Vegapunk's division of his mind into six halves as they sailed toward the island. However, Lucci declared that he thought this was impossible and that geniuses were a hassle. After they had finished talking, he went on to explain the goal of their mission. Stussy cautioned Lucci not to become involved when he asked if there was a connection between Vegapunk's murder and the fall of the Lulusia Kingdom.

The agents destroyed one of the Sea Beast Weapons when they got to Egghead's coasts. Pythagoras instructed the agents that the Seraphim might return on their own, after thanking them for bringing back S-Bear. However, Lilith intervened and threatened them when Lucci queried Pythagoras about the disappearances of the CP5, CP7, and CP8 operatives deployed to Egghead. As a result, Lucci put a stop to the discussion and gave the order for everyone to leave the ship since he thought the Sea Beast Weapons would destroy it.

The agents started their mission and used S-Bear's abilities to go to the island. Panic spread around the island as soon as they landed. When a mechanical dragon started to approach them, Kaku tried to fight it, but Stussy informed him that it was only a hologram, which made Kaku angry for not seeing it sooner. Stussy stated that she was homesick being back on the island when Lucci noted that she seemed to know a lot about Egghead. Stussy told Lucci of the defensive grid around the Labophase as Kaku was hit by it, causing the agent greater aggravation. Kaku attempted to fly up to the Labophase while they were conversing.

Stussy instantly recognized Atlas as one of Vegapunk's satellites as she furiously ran toward them. She observed Lucci dispatch the satellite with ease. The agents were then encountered by Luffy and other Straw Hats. Stussy overheard Kaku telling Lucci not to assault Luffy since they couldn't do it without approval from higher-ups now that he was Emperor. She agreed with him and gave the order for several operatives to get in touch with the Marines because even the smallest altercation with one can start a war. But Lucci ended up facing Luffy, who was furious over what he had done to Atlas.

Sentomaru appeared out of nowhere with S-Hawk, S-Snake, and S-Shark, three more Seraphim. Stussy noted that they were at a disadvantage owing to having less authority than Vegapunk's bodyguard when Kaku ordered S-Bear to destroy one of them. She recalled to Kaku the hierarchy of the Pacifists' power there, where they were afterward assaulted by the Seraphim. Sentomaru was defeated by Lucci, preventing them from taking control of the Seraphim. After that, Stussy and Kaku saw Lucci and Luffy fight once more. Stussy commented on how powerful the Seraphim were while still being young when they annihilated several agents at the same time.

She informed Lucci that they had to wait for the marines in accordance with orders once he had recovered from his defeat to Luffy. Lucci countered that everyone on the list would have already gotten away. As a result, the CP0 agents, and the Seraphim they were in charge of, prepared to carry out their assignment. Stussy questioned Lucci about his intentions when he was unsure of how to get past the Frontier Dome. Lucci responded by declaring he did not recognize Luffy as an Emperor.

Soon after, Vegapunk called her and asked her to help him in fleeing. Stussy agreed, responding that she was awaiting his instructions. Kaku informed them that now was their moment to launch an attack since the Frontier Dome was suddenly damaged. Its deactivation confused Lucci and Stussy, who thought it may be a trap. She saw the Thousand Sunny as the three of them used Geppo to go there. Roronoa Zoro intervenes to prevent Kaku from destroying it as she listens to Lucci order it to be destroyed.

The Seraphim suddenly joined them despite not having issued any orders. Stussy bit Kaku's throat and knocked him out as he was fighting Zoro. She responded that she was simply putting him to sleep while indicating her plan to do the same when Lucci became aware of it and questioned him in confusion about what she was doing. After mocking him, Stussy used a lipstick made of sea stone to cancel out her abilities before biting her neck and causing her to faint as well. She then informed him that because he knew how powerful he and Kaku were, he did not dare to fight directly.

Lucci then hits her with a Shigan, but she avoids it. She then spoke with Vegapunk, who had previously asked for her assistance, and assured her that she had taken care of both agents. She said that, although having the same authority as Lucci, she could not prevent the Seraphim from assaulting the Labophase; nevertheless, Edison told him not to worry about it. Stussy revealed that she had tied Lucci and Kaku with Seastone to Vegapunk after the latter was successful in ordering the Seraphim to cease. She accepted Vegapunk's invitation to depart Egghead with him and the Straw Hats.

Later, Stussy, Zoro, and Brook changed into new costumes and joined the other satellites and the Straw Hats in the Labophase's control room, where she inquired about Stella. Shaka then explained the situation to everyone: the gang is stuck in the laboratory since Vegapunk's main body has vanished and the Frontier Dome is no longer responding to instructions. After Sanji requests her to take the scientist with her because she is worried about him, Stussy decides to join the hunt for the missing scientist.

She went with Jinbe and Sanji to the second level of Building B, where Sanji made advances towards her. Stussy merely told him to keep looking for Vegapunk. She responded to Jinbe's remark about how large the facility was by explaining that weapons were manufactured there. Sanji fled to save Nami as the Seraphim started attacking the Satellites and pirates. Sentomaru received a call from Stussy in a Den Den Mushi informing him that Admiral Kizaru was on his way to Egghead, where he would brief him on CP0's mission.

Stussy informed Sentomaru that his situation was worse than Ohara's since Vegapunk maintained Ohara's illegal research and had military might that Ohara lacked, in addition to the World Government's serious treatment of him. When Sentomaru concluded that those arguments were sufficient, Stussy advised him to get in touch with her at Den Den Mushi because Labophase's communications infrastructure had been damaged.

Stussy rejoined the others in the Labophase when Vegapunk was discovered. York was identified as the guilty party, and he was apprehended. While Sanji handed her a cup of tea, she listed the maritime troops around the island for Vegapunk. When she noticed Lucci was staring at her, she pleaded with him not to. Stussy saw Lucci try to assassinate Vegapunk when Kizaru arrived at the Labophase, so she leaped in front of the scientist and took the full power of Lucci's Shigan in her place, dropping to the ground and spitting blood.

Stussy has a cruel side, as was evident when she shot down Du Feld. She even said she would make him take the fall for it. To hide her and the World Government's acts, she also intimidated a Morgans who was listening to their conversation. She also exhibits a certain amount of caution when she accepts Kaku's suggestion that they get authorization from the World Government before going into battle with one of the Four Emperors. When it comes to combat, Stussy has proven to be rather pragmatic, preferring to instantly make her rivals helpless rather than engage them in open combat, as was the case when she rendered Kaku and Lucci helpless.

She appears to be a good judge of strength because she acknowledges that it would have been foolish to battle them fairly. In contrast to her occasionally more aggressive fellow rulers, she behaved politely and disapproved of insults being slung around when she was in her Underworld emperor persona. She would become aggressive if her age was brought up, as she was sensitive about it. She had a flirtatious personality as well.

Stussy is a clone of Buckingham Stussy, and as such, seems to be a replica of the original. She has short, wavy blonde hair, blue eyes, red lipstick, and red-painted fingernails. Stussy seems younger than her real age. She wears a white dress with a pink bowtie, a white cape that matches the outfit, and matching white gloves as an agent of CP0. She also wears a garter belt and fishnet stockings with fluffy rims. She occasionally wears a mask that resembles an owl and covers her head when she is on duty.

She also wore a salmon-colored dress with a purple end, pink diamond patterns on the bottom, a short white cloak, a sunhat with a flower on it, and high heels with ribbons when she visited the recent Tea Party dressed as an emperor of the Underworld. She was also toting a pink purse. Stussy is seen wearing a brightly colored leotard bodysuit, a black jacket with a hood, coupled with gloves, an earpiece, and DOM Shoes after betraying CP0 in the Egghead.

Stussy most likely possesses the same physical strength and abilities as the original Stussy, being a successful clone of a previous member of the famed and fearsome Rocks Pirates. She was a former masked agent of CP0, the most powerful and elite of the Cypher Pols, and the World Government greatly respects her talents. Stussy can grow bat-like wings from her back and can suck blood out of individuals by biting into their skin, much like a vampire. By putting the victims of her blood-sucking to sleep, she may swiftly render them unconscious and incapacitate them. Even strong assassins like Rob Lucci and Kaku, who are in their awakened form, may be rendered helpless by her. This power's origin is presently a mystery. Stussy has a strong will as well because she was able to survive Big Mom's Haoshoku Haki blast.

Being a former secret agent of CP0, Stussy is a skilled spy with exceptional infiltration abilities. She was able to advance through the Underworld's ranks and eventually become one of its rulers. Stussy is quite swift as well, and she was able to leave an afterimage that Lucci was unable to respond to.

Rokushiki

Stussy is an expert in the Rokushiki martial arts and a former Cypher Pol agent. Her expertise is probably greater than other agents due to her membership in the Masked Assassins of CP0. She can penetrate people from a distance with Tobu Shigan, a stronger variant of Shigan, and she was also seen using Geppo to flee the crumbling Whole Cake Chateau. Stussy may also employ a fast-dodging form of Kami-e to leave an imprint in her wake. Even a Rokushiki expert of the caliber of Rob Lucci would have been duped by her use of this method due to its speed.

Haki

Stussy is capable of using Kenbunshoku and Busoshoku Haki.

Weapons

Stussy has a lipstick tube with a little Seastone block inside of it.

Charlotte Linlin

Stussy calls Big Mom "Linlin" and appears to get along well with her. It appears, though, that Stussy was only using Big Mom to get the Tamatebako and even used Du Feld as a scapegoat to hide her tracks, now that her role as a CP0 agent has come to light. Even though Stussy had a hand in the destruction of the Whole Cake Chateau, she was able to shift the whole blame to the Straw Hat Pirates by informing Linlin's aides that the Tamatebako, a Straw Hats' gift, contained explosives.

Morgans

It seems that Morgans and Stussy have frequently assisted one another in the past. Given their respective privileged positions for information collection, Stussy and Morgans have been trading sensitive information for some time so that Stussy may access all of the World Economy News Paper's stories and information while Morgans can gain exclusive scoops. She was able to escape Totto Land by riding on Morgans’s balloon after he agreed to cover up her participation in Big Mom's Tea Party.

Vegapunk

Stussy has a long history with Dr. Vegapunk because he was the first successful clone produced by MADS. Stussy appears to revere the doctor and his satellites and to remain loyal to them, even after 20 years of service in Cypher Pol, as evidenced by the fact that she offered her services as a mole and afterward publicly betrayed her fellow CP0 spies. Even though it was never their plan to use her as their mole, one of Vegapunk's satellites, Shaka, told the Straw Hats that her dedication to them helped catch Rob Lucci off guard and eventually prevent CP0 from attacking Egghead. Stussy was even prepared to risk her life to save Vegapunk from Lucci.
