As the fruit hasn't yet been shown in the anime, we don't know a lot about its appearance.
The major strength of this fruit is that it allows the user to swim in anything solid like grounds or walls like it was water. They can even swim upwards and defy gravity. The user can also submerge into the ground to avoid colliding with it even if they fall from a great height.
The user can also move in a discreet way which allows them to infiltrate easily. After swimming through the solid matter, it goes back to place like there was no liquid ground in the first place.
This devil fruit doesn't have it's own weaknesses other than the standard devil fruit weakness that is the inability to swim, this just doesn't allow the user to swim in water.
We can see Senor Pink using his devil fruit powers to sneak up on his enemies and attack them from behind. He also uses his devil fruit abilities to sneak into places and also commit assassinations. It also gives him an easy escape route but he doesn't use it as he has his pride. Senor Pink is capable of swimming in an upwards direction to gain height and momentum. He can also use his ability to increase his speed and attack.
The technique used by Senor Pink are:
In this technique, Senor Pink swims in the ground while picking up from a good distance away before he grabs his opponent and swims to them while picking up more speed. He then takes them up the building and when they reach the top, he repositions them in mid-air to perform a suplex before relying on gravity to do the work and bring his enemy down with him.
