Taroimo is a cyborg dog from Karakuri Island. He was first seen attacking Franky when he arrived on Karakuri before the timeskip and he is Kitton’s pet.

Taroimo was initially shown attacking Franky since he believed Franky to be prey after Bartholomew Kuma had sent Franky soaring to Karakuri. When Kitton and his grandpa realized who Taroimo was attacking, they ordered him to stop. Then he began to dance with Franky and his owners.
Following Doflamingo's defeat, word of the Straw Hats' new bounty was read by Taroimo, Kitton, Kitton's grandpa, and a few cyborg animals.
Given that he attacked Franky when he believed Franky to be the prey and obeyed when instructed to stop, Taroimo is a rather capable follower of instructions. Since he was dancing with Franky and his owners and sprang out of his skin when Vegapunk's lab erupted, he too exhibits human-like traits.
Taroimo is a light brown dog with a black snout. His neck is made of metal with holes in it, and either of his front sides has discs with the number "28" and an orange circle on them.
A piece of metal with vertical lines on it and a red light protruding from it is placed over his eyes connected. He carries a yellow propeller on his back. Another metal object is wrapped around the upper portion of his backside. And his teeth are really sharp.
He was demonstrated to be able to shoot missiles out of his mouth and to be extremely resistant to the cold.
