The Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Giraffe is a Zoan- Type Devil Fruit. It allows the user to transform into a hyfrid or full giraffe and it was eaten by Kaku a member of CP9.

After returning back to Enies Lobby, Spandam tells Kaku that he has a devil fruit for him. After he lets go of the remaining members of CP9 from the room, he gives him the Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Giraffe. Even though Jabra tells him not to eat it, he eats it anyway as Rob Lucci encourages him and thus, Kaku acquired the Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Giraffe.
The Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Giraffe is a red fruit shaped like a bunch of bananas with various swirls on it and a light green stem holding individual sections together. The inside of the fruit is yellow and it also has swirls.
The major strength of the fruit is that it gives the user more physical strength and longer reach in their hybrid form. People used to make fun of this devil fruit as a Giraffe is a harmless animal. This mockery was soon proved wrong to the people, when the fruit grants the user the abilities to transform into a Giraffe which increases the person’s size, strength and has a lot of durability.
They can run very fast and have powerful legs and hooves. They also have ossicones like horns and a long powerful neck with which they whip their enemies.
A weakness of this fruit is the long neck of the user which leaves them to be attacked from any side. Other than that they have the standard devil fruit weakness that is the inability to swim.
Kaku uses his devil fruit powers for combat and when he combines it with his Rokushiki skills and techniques, skills and Swordsmanship, he becomes stronger. At first, Kaku didn't know how to control his devil fruit powers but later on he started to get a hang of his powers.
He also used his devil fruit powers to help raise up medical bills for his CP9 member, Rob Lucci. He used his beast form to make a slide for kids to ride and collected money from them for that.

In this technique, Kaku transforms into his hybrid Giraffe to fight with his enemies.
In this technique, Kaku spins around in a circle quickly while standing on one hand with his elongated neck to gain extra momentum and spin faster. He then performs Rankyaku with both his legs to create a circle shaped Rankyaku which he radiates towards the outward direction.
In this technique, Kaku stomps ahead and air blasts towards his enemies like a bullet.
In this technique, Kaku uses his nose instead of his finger to perform this attack. As his nose is larger in size than his finger, the hoke he creates is also larger than a normal Shigan.
In this technique, Kaku strikes and airborne enemy with his hardened neck.
In this technique, Kaku bends his neck to shift himself in the cube. In this form, he eliminates the weak points of his body and not a single point in his body is vulnerable.
In this technique, Kaku uses his upward Rankyaku with both his back legs and creates a large cut like a dragon's fang.
In this technique, Kaku stands like a normal Giraffe but pulls his necks into his body which makes it smaller.Rankyaku "Neji Hakujin". In this technique, Kaku does a normal Rankyaku after using his Kyoku Bigan Kirimanjaro then his twist his neck into screw and spins it into a drill motion.
In this technique, Kaku fires multiple Rankyaku blades at his enemies.
In this technique, Kaku whips his neck and hits his opponent repeatedly with his head.
In this technique, Kaku thrusts his head at his opponent with a lot of ferocity.
