Ulti in One Piece

Past

Ulti and her brother Page One’s parents died when they were young. As Kaido knew their father, he took the kids in. Ulti then stole two Devil fruits from Kaido and gave one to her brother and one to herself. She turned to storing fighters for Kaido and joined the Beast Pirates. Eventually, they became Tobiroppo.

Wano Country Arc

During the most recent Fire Festival, Ulti and the other Tobiroppo arrived in Onigashima, where Kaidou had them taken to his castle. Ulti laughed as Queen tried to involve them in the celebrations as they were waiting to meet with him. Kaidou assigned them the task of finding his son Yamato, promising to let them fight one of the All-Stars for their position if they were successful. Ulti accompanied Page One as they searched the palace for Yamato, forcing him to carry her when she became tired of running. They ran into Monkey D. Luffy and Ulti got into a fight with him. But Yamato suddenly appeared and struck Ulti before she could react and knocked her out.

Page One shook Ulti awake while Yamato ran with Luffy. When Ulti woke up she went to the Performance Stage in front of the castle after learning that Luffy and Yamato had gone there. When she found Yamato, she attacked right away, but Yamato's kanabo stopped her. Yamato's announcement that she wanted to become "Kozuki Oden" caused Ulti to be taken aback, and the two continued to fight until Yamato got away. Right then, Ulti and Page One received a call from King informing them that Tobiroppo went to prevent the enemy alliance from reaching the roof of the dome, where Kaidou was engaged in battle with the Nine Red Scabbards, and that the challenge for a chance to face the All-Stars had been canceled because the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance was waging war on Onigashima.

Ulti and Page One found Nami and Usopp. As Nami and Usopp continued to ride the komainu, Ulti swiftly rushed over to them ready to attack them but she was instead struck from behind by Nami, and Ulti was knocked to the ground. Ulti vowed violently to take revenge on Nami. When Ulti then came to the second level she saw Big Mom punching Page One out, which made Ulti angry. Nami took advantage of this situation and tried to provoke Ulti and Big Mom into a fight as Ulti began approaching Big Mom. Ulti saw Nami and Usopp escape while they were riding Komachiyo and warned them not to run away. Before she could attack Big Mom, Big Mom used her homies and knocked out Ulti.

After a little while, Ulti recovered consciousness once again, caught up to Usopp and Nami, and surprised the former with a headbutt. She then grabbed Tama by the neck and told her that she was the one responsible for Big Mom taking out Page One and the Gifters betraying the Beasts Pirates. Ulti did not even move when Nami attacked her. Later on, when Ulti tries to avoid it, Nami strikes her directly in the head, which makes Ulti unconscious once again due to the internal injuries she suffered. Then, Bao Huang broadcasted the news of her and Page One’s defeat.

Ulti is a headstrong, impolite, and hot-tempered young lady who frequently risks violence at individuals who irritate her and won't back down from an argument. She seems to be quite inconsistent, behaving amicably and attempting to appear sophisticated and mature one minute, then ranting while being dangerously blunt the next. Ulti also has no problem acting very casually around Kaidou in general, beaming with loud delight when they reunite. Ulti is ruthless and unapologetic in battle and while attacking her enemies. She has no problem attacking kids. Ulti is ready to attack whomever she perceives as an opponent in combat because of her aggressive personality. Despite this, she is still able to make rapid decisions and maintain her alertness. Ulti is seen to be full of vengeance. Ulti can be more intelligent than she lets on, despite her childlike demeanor. She had once stolen two Devil Fruits from Kaidou and given them to her brother and herself, giving them the strength they needed to endure in the crew and eventually advance through its ranks.

Ulti is a young woman of average height with a light complexion. She has hair till her mid back and forms rounded locks in blue with pink streaks running through and blunt bangs that fall on her forehead. She has horns on the sides of her head that are white in color. Ulti has large violet eyes with round long lashes. She covers her nose with a pink mask which has a white stripe. Ulti is seen wearing a long-sleeved minidress that is white and pleated above the waist with a blue bow and a point collar. The lower part of the dress is light blue with a blue placket in the middle and it ends in a short skirt part that has a ruffled hem that shows her legs. She also has a dark-blue cape that is trimmed with light-blue fur on its edges and wears red high heels.

Ulti is a powerful member of the Tobiroppo and the Beast Pirates. Even when she is not in her dinosaur form, Ulti has tremendous physical power despite her small stature. Her headbutts, the ability to launch her head forward with such force that many have compared it to the discharge of a cannon are the best proof of this. Ulti herself and others have claimed that her headbutts had the power to split or fully destroy an enemy’s skull. Despite Luffy having incredible strength of his own, Ulti was still able to defeat him in a headbutting fight even though she was just in human shape. This caused a strong shockwave that sent Luffy flying back. Zeus observed Ulti's amazing endurance. With the usage of Busoshoku Haki, she is able to repeatedly strike enemies with her bare head while remaining unmoved.

Devil Fruit

Ulti ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi: Pachycephalosaurus which is an ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into a Pachycephalosaurus or a Pachycephalosaurus hybrid. When she is in her full Beast Form she uses excessive force against her enemies to inflict a lot of damage on them. Her physical strength also increases a lot. As her Devil Fruit is an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit, she is stronger than the regular-Zoan users. Her mobility is also enhanced a lot and she is very durable due to her super-thick skull plate.

Haki

Busoshoku Haki

Ulti is able to use Busoshoku Haki and hardens her forehead which allows her to hit her enemies with powerful headbutts. She is able to fight against her enemies and was able to injure Luffy too.

Kenbunshoku Haki

Ulti can also use Kenbunshoku Haki and she is seen using it to sense Luffy’s Haki.

Weapons

Ulti is seen using a sharp-spiked yellow morning star-like club which she uses in battle.

Page One

Page one is Ulti’s younger brother and she is very protective about him. This does not completely protect Page One from Ulti's anger towards the rest of their people, either. Her behavior towards Page One is fairly unpredictable, ranging from supportive to demanding to abrasive and outright aggressive, typically intensifying the more he attempts to reject her. Ulti seems to be closer to Page One openly. During their hunt for Yamato, she pursued him, even grabbing onto him and forcing him to give her a piggyback ride.

When the opportunity presents itself, Ulti tries to gain Page One's sympathy, like when she is struck by an attack that doesn't truly injure her, but Page One usually ignores or rejects her attention-seeking. But if she does suffer a possible major injury, he worries about her, and Ulti is as furious if someone harms her brother.

Kaido

Ulti appears to be on great terms with Kaidou. She speaks to him in an affectionate but almost blatantly casual tone. After her father passed away, Kaidou took both her and her brother into his care. In addition, Ulti does not appear to be afraid of Kaidou and has no issues with calling him stupid. Ulti still thinks highly enough of Kaidou to think that he is going to beat Luffy as Pirate King.

Yamato

Despite the fact that Yamato is Kaidou's son, Ulti has voiced dissatisfaction with Kaidou's recurring concerns regarding Yamato. Ulti attempted to cover up what had happened by criticizing Yamato's power after she had stopped Ulti and Luffy's fight by knocking Ulti unconscious, while also vowing to take revenge on Kaidou's kid. Ulti was enraged and went ahead and attacked and fought Yamato as soon as she was discovered on the Live Floor.

Monkey D. Luffy

At the start of the attack on Onigashima, Monkey D. Luffy and Ulti accidentally crossed paths while the latter was attempting to sneak into Kaidou's fortress. Ulti was enraged by Luffy's announcement that he would take over as Pirate King since she feels that only Kaidou is deserving of the position. This caused their fight. Even though Ulti doesn't think much of Luffy as a Pirate King candidate, she has acknowledged his strength. On the other hand, Luffy does not appear to feel the same way about her.

Nami

Initially, thinking that Nami had attacked her brother Page One at the Live Floor, Ulti has grown to hate Nami deeply. Ulti then turned violently murderous towards Nami and began pursuing her, threatening to crush the navigator's skull if the latter didn't say that Luffy could never become Pirate King. However, Nami managed to escape Ulti's grasp. Nami could not bring herself to lie about her belief in Luffy and told Ulti off. This was totally in contrast with her acts of self-preservation. When Nami saw Ulti hurt Tama, she finally seemed to be able to face her concerns head-on. This incident sparked Nami's natural protectiveness toward kids and caused her to attack.

Charlotte Linlin

Despite the Emperor being a friend of the Beasts Pirates, Ulti was left in astonishment and anger when Big Mom cruelly knocked out Page One. Despite Big Mom's power, Ulti doesn't respect her and treats her with the same fierceness that she doesn't even save for Kaidou. Big Mom, on the other hand, views Ulti as a rival since she saw her harm Tama.

Tama

Ulti held Tama entirely responsible for what had happened to her brother, believing that Tama had somehow persuaded Big Mom to side with the Beasts Pirates in the same manner that she had won over the Gifters. When they initially met, Ulti had no issues about hitting Tama for being in the way, and when she learned of the child's involvement in the war, she tried to suffocate her.
