This Devil fruit’s main strength is that it allows Tsuru to “wash and hang out to dry” individuals or items as if they are clothes. Her victims appear to be unable to fight back or move as a result of it.

According to Oda, “Villians who have been dried get their hearts a little bit cleaner as well; their evil hearts grow fainter, so that’s a dangerous ability against pirates”.

The fruit has no known weaknesses besides the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

Usage of the Woshu Woshu no Mi

Tsuru has so far been seen using this power to disable pirates. She can also “clean” a certain quantity of evil from the hearts of her opponents, making them slightly less bad. It is unknown how she uses her abilities.
