Alchemi in One Piece

Alchemi is an island situated in the New World. It was only shown in the One Piece movie: Heart of Gold. Its history goes about something like this:

Scientist Myskina Acier's wife Livia passed away 200 years ago, and the family has lived on Alchemi since at least that time. Some time later, Olga put her ring into the water containing Pure Gold. As a result, the enormous fish Bonbori appeared and devoured the ring; however, in the process, Bonbori also ended up practically consuming all of Alchemi. Even though Acier and Olga were separated from Bonbori's third stomach, Alchemi ultimately made it there.

Heart of Gold

To find the Pure Gold, Mad Treasure, his crew, Myskina Olga, and his Straw Hat Pirate hostages traveled to Alchemi. Myskina Acier, Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, and Sanji eventually traveled to the island to free their captured colleagues after they entered the mine housing it. As Treasure prepared to demolish the mine, Acier approached and confronted him.

The Myskina family, the Straw Hats, and Treasure escaped the mine explosion while carrying the Pure Gold, which Treasure pocketed for himself. The Straw Hats and the Myskina family soon departed Alchemi to flee from Bonbori after Luffy overpowered Treasure in battle. Meanwhile, Treasure and his crew were stranded on Alchemi.

Underground Mine

Alchemi has a prominent underground mine that Myskina Acier built to safeguard the Pure Gold. Three tests are present in the mine, and passing any of them will grant access to the Pure Gold.

To empty the gastric acid obstructing the exit in the first test, the invader must perform a song that Acier sang with his family on the organ. They will be shot with arrows if they make a mistake. In the second challenge, the invader must fire a target across a wide gap to open a drawbridge. The stomach acid in the chasm causes an updraft that leads away from the goal, and they also have to contend with triceratops charging at them. They will release an attacking pterodactyl if their initial shot is unsuccessful.

The final test requires the burglar to open a door with multiple keyholes. When someone enters the door, a stone crocodile's mouth will start to close and seal off. The invader will be electrocuted if the key is in the wrong keyhole. It's unclear if the door genuinely opens through a keyhole.

Acier’s Lab

The Pure Gold was once kept in Acier's lab, beneath the last gate, until the Straw Hat Pirates stole it. When Acier attempted to blow up the mine, it was damaged, and it is now unknown how it is doing.

Acier and Olga left the island after Bonbori ate Alchemi, and they spent the next 200 years living in separate stomachs. They later returned with the Straw Hat Pirates in search of the Pure Gold but soon fled.

Myskina Acier

Myskina Acier, a scientist who developed the Pure Gold 200 years ago, is Olga's widowed father.

Myskina Olga

Myskina Olga is Acier’s daughter.

Myskina Livia

Livia was Acier’s wife and Olga’s mother. She was killed during one of the pirate raids after the discovery of Pure Gold.

The word "alchemy," a philosophical and pre-scientific tradition prevalent throughout Europe, Egypt, and Asia may have inspired the name of the island. Transmuting gold from base metals was one of its goals.
