100% Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Totto Land. Kaju Town is the only known city located on 100% Island.
It is stated that, according to the current timeline, 100% Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Later, Charlotte Smoothie, Big Mom’s 10th child, the Minister of Juice of Totto Land, was appointed the minister in charge of governing the 100% Island.
The information regarding the inhabitants of 100% Island is yet to be made available. Big Mom Pirates are the only known affiliates.
Charlotte Smoothie is one of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates. She is the 14th daughter of the Yonko. She is also the Minister of Juice of Totto Land and governs 100% Island in Big Mom’s territory. Based on her actions, Smoothie is a major antagonist in the Whole Cake Island Arc.
Charlotte Smoothie is a devil fruit user. She ate the Shubo Shubo no Mi, also known as the Wring-Wring Fruit, a paramecia-type devil fruit. It allowed her to squeeze the juice out of anything, be it a living being or a non-living object. She typically drains the juice out of her targets by twisting them like a wet cloth. She can also squeeze the juice out of someone or something by cutting them with her sword. Intriguingly, the liquid squeezed from her targets can be consumed like juice.
