Applenine Island in One Piece

The most notable feature of the island is the colossal apple that is placed in it’s center. There are five smaller apples around it’s base and three of them that are around it’s top, near the stem and making nine in total. A lot of information is not there on this island as it is was only shown for a brief moment in the series.

After Dolflamingo’s rule fell in Dressrosa, Vice Admiral Maynard broadcasted a message to all three neighboring countries of Dressrosa. The citizens of Applenine were then relieved that Doflamingo was not in rule now and even Admiral Fujitora knelt and apologized to the former king of Riku Doldo III.

Recently, due to unfortunate events, Applenine Island has fallen under the control of the Hakumei Pirates and has been deemed ’The Hakumei Feeding Ground’. The changes include the disappearance of Applenine Islands' mountain-sized Apples, a multitude of large craters formed in various parts of the Island, and a distinct lack of Nobility and/or royalty.

Be careful what you do, because there is always someone watching. Citizens generally act as if their lives are on the line when handling a threat, springing into battle themselves or alerting someone else.
