The Chicken SMILE grants the user the physical characteristics of a Chicken. When Fourtricks ate the Chicken SMILE Fruit, the lower half of his body got turned into a chicken body with chicken legs. He also had a chicken comb sprouting from his head. When a person consumes a SMILE they can transform into an animal, just like normal Zoan-Type Devil Fruit users.

When Fourtricks ate the Chicken SMILE, he gained all the characteristics of a chicken. He uses his SMILE powers for fighting. The chicken body is so strong that it can lift up a whole man. He is seen wielding a short sharp blade with a polearm. Not a lot of information is available about his abilities and his SMILE powers. This is a fight that took place between Sanji and Fourtricks.
When Fourtricks ate the Chicken SMILE, he got enhanced physical abilities. With the help of his beak, he can hold down power opponents too.
The Chicken SMILE doesn't have its own weaknesses other than the standard SMILE user weaknesses, like being unable to swim and not being able to express any negative feelings.
The SMILE fruits were made by Caesar Clown who wanted to develop a way to create artificial Zoan type Devil Fruits with the help of SAD. SMILE users ate Gifters which made them strong and powerful. The SMILE fruit is in the shape of an apple with yellow and medium yellow dots on them.
