Hippo SMILE in One Piece

When Dobon ate the Hippo SMILE, he gained all the characteristics of a Hippopotamus. As his hippo mouth is huge, Dobon can fit a lot of people inside his mouth. He even captures and keeps his enemies inside his mouth. Dobon is seen wielding two daggers.

The Hippo SMILE gave Dobon enhanced physical abilities and he can hold down power opponents and trap them in his mouth too. He possesses abilities of high resilience.

The disadvantage of this SMILE is that the hippo also has a mind of its own and at times does whatever he pleases to do. Once, the Hippo shut his mouth while Dobon was in the middle of talking. Other than that he has the standard SMILE fruit weakness, like the inability to swim and not having or expressing any negative emotions.

The SMILE fruits were invented by Caesar Clown. He did this so that he could create artificial Zoan type Devil Fruits. After the SMILES were created at a factory in Dressrosa, they were given to Kaido so that he could have an army of Devil Fruit users. He fed the SMILE users Gifters which made them strong and powerful. Smile fruit is in the shape of an apple with yellow and medium yellow dots on them.
