Ice Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Totto Land. Sherbet Town is the only known city located on Ice Island.
Ice Island's infrastructure is modeled after the giant versions of its name, which is the case for almost every island in Totto Land. Ice Island's infrastructure is designed after the giant ice cream structures.
It is stated that, according to the current timeline, Ice Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom, is said to have modified the island's appearance with her Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit) and Streusen's Kuku Kuku no Mi (Cook-Cook Fruit) devil fruit powers. Later, Charlotte Moscato, Big Mom’s 25th child, the Minister of Gelato of Totto Land, was appointed to govern Ice Island.
In the Whole Cake Island Arc, the citizens of Ice Island wondered whether the cake would satisfy and calm down Big Mom as she was about to eat the substitute wedding cake. They were worried about the safety of the residents of Funwari Island.
The information regarding the inhabitants of Ice Island has yet to be made available. Big Mom Pirates are the only known affiliates. However, based on their sparse appearance, it seems that citizens of Sherbet Town live in harmony, humans and animals alike.
