The major strength of this fruit is that it's user can become a wolf hybrid aka a werewolf and a whole wolf and they gain immense physical strength in these forms. These physical strengths are also lethal and they also have claws and fangs which they also use to attack. As they are carnivores, they're more ferocious than other Zoan-types.
