Kinko Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Totto Land. Oshimuna Town is the only known city located on Kinko Island.
It is stated that, according to the current timeline, Kinko Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Later, Charlotte Noisette, Big Mom’s 24th child, the Minister of Finance of Totto Land, was appointed the minister in charge to govern Kinko Island.
In the Whole Cake Island Arc, Monkey D. Luffy, the captain of the infamous Straw Hat Pirates, went in and out of Konko Island while he was running through Charlotte Brulee’s Mirro-World. The citizens of the island reported the intrusion of Luffy to the officers of the Big Mom Pirates.
The information regarding the inhabitants of Kinko Island has yet to be made available. Big Mom Pirates are the only known affiliates.
