Not much is revealed about Las Camp and its history. The island first debuted after the Summit War of Marineford.
While the news of Whitebeard and Ace’s deaths was making headlines across the globe, many pirate groups began attacking various regions to hold power over the places that were under Whitebeard’s protection. During one of those pirate raids, Las Camp randomly got attacked by a certain pirate group during the announcements.
The Marines were soon deployed towards the island to handle the situation.
