It is stated that, according to the current timeline, Loving Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Later, Charlotte Cornstarch, Big Mom’s 27th child, the Minister of Love of Totto Land, was appointed the minister in charge to govern Loving Island.
