The Mane Mane no Mi is a Paramecia-type devil fruit that allows the user to turn into a physical double of anyone they have touched. This makes them an Imitating Human. When the user changes into someone they can copy the person's flexibility, strength, and abilities (except those with devil fruits).
They can change into someone by touching their own face with their right hand and turn back by touching their own face with their left hand. The fruit was in the possession of Kurozumi Higurashi at first but after her death, it was eaten by Bon Clay.

The Mane Mane devil fruit was first eaten by Kurozomi Higurashi. She used the power of this devil fruit to plot to make Orochi the Shogun of Wano City. She impersonated Kozuki Oden and tried to trick Oden's father into giving Orochi a job in the castle. She even impersonated Orochi's father and declared that Orochi would succeed him as the shogun of Wano City after his death.
She, later on, used the Fruit to distract Oden during his fight against Kaido by transforming into Momonosuke and pretending to be held hostage by the Beast Pirates which resulted in Kaido defeating Oden. Later on after Oden's execution, Kaido killed her for interfering in their fight.
The Mane Mane no Mi devil fruit looks like a non pointy pineapple. As the fruit hasn't yet been shown in the anime, we don't know a lot about its appearance.
The Mane Mane devil fruit allows the users to become flawless copies of someone when they touch them with their right hand. They even copy their face, physique and voice. Bon Clay has a perfect memory and remembers every person who he has copied.
One of the devil fruit's greatest strengths is that it has immense deception powers and can create confusion quite easily. By copying someone's appearance they can use their position and authority as if it was their own as long as the real person who they copied from isn't present. They can also ruin the copied person's reputation and frame them, lower down the guard of people by copying a person important to them etc.
A drawback to this fruit is that they cannot copy into some who they haven't touched or never met before. If the copied person has a devil fruit power that power also doesn’t get copied. The devil fruit allows the user to flawlessly copy the physique of a person but it does copy their fighting style or skills and the user can't use their own techniques as it depends if the copied body can stand it or not.
The user also cannot copy weapons or items which are unique to the one being mimicked. Even the personality cannot be copied so the user still retains their own personality. They cannot counteract any techniques which are made against their fruit's power like how the Straw Hats crew had put bandages on their hands to help them differentiate between themselves and their copied version.
If the user is hit while they are in disguise then they will turn back to their original state. They can also truck the user to touch their face with their left hand to revert back to their original face.
In the series, we can see Bon Clay showing off his ability to people for entertainment and comic relief purposes even though he wasn't allowed to as he worked for Baroque Works. Bon Clay uses his devil fruit power to create confusion among people and sabotage their plans. He even uses it to exploit his enemies to prevent them from attacking like how he changed into Nami when he was fighting Samji as he knew that Sanji wouldn't hurt a woman.
The techniques used by Bon Clay are:
For this technique, Bon Clay transforms into somebody that he has already touched and takes on their strength and form both.
This is more of a comic relief technique in which Bon Clay makes a new face by using different parts from his memories of all the faces he has had.
This is Bon Clay's technique disguised as Luffy; he throws punches at his enemies. He can't use the Gomu Gomu devil fruit's power but it has Luffy's strength but not his rubber properties.
