Melias is a town in the Sandora Desert in Arabasta. It has crumbled into ruin like Erumalu. Luffy, Vivi, Rasa, and Zaba traveled there to find wood to fix the Barbar Pirates' ship. Before the town fell into disrepair, Rasa used to reside there. This is an anime-exclusive location.

Not much is known about the history of Melias. This place was only once visited by princess Vivi, and her father when the former was a child. She met Rasa, who greeted her with flowers, while Vivi’s father, Nefertari Cobra, vowed to protect the land.
The town was eventually abandoned by its inhabitants and Rasa is the only who chose to stay here.
Rasa is the only known inhabitant in Melias.
