Melias is a town in the Sandora Desert in Arabasta. It has crumbled into ruin like Erumalu. Luffy, Vivi, Rasa, and Zaba traveled there to find wood to fix the Barbar Pirates' ship. Before the town fell into disrepair, Rasa used to reside there. This is an anime-exclusive location.
