Milenge Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Totto Land. Muringe Town is the only known city located on Milenge Island.
It is stated that, according to the current timeline, Milenge Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom, is said to have modified the appearance of the island with her Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit) and Streusen's Kuku Kuku no Mi (Cook-Cook Fruit) devil fruit powers.
Later, Charlotte Broye, Big Mom’s 20th child, the Minister of Meringue of Totto Land, was appointed the minister in charge of governing the Milenge Island.
