Omatsuri Island is a resort island that is run by Baron Omatsuri. There was a rumor that Omatsuri used to lure strong pirates to his resort to feed his carnivorous plant, Lily Carnation. Once Omatsuri and his plant were defeated, the island became empty again.

Omatsuri Island is known for its Goldfish Pond which is a large water area where Rosaria lives. Muchigoro’s task was to catch as many fish as he could via a net and win the challenge but he lost the match to Chopper and Robin.
Brief’s Hideout is also located on Omatsuri Island which is a big underground tunnel that goes from one passage to another. Brief had built it so that it spreads from the resort building through the mountaintop.
Many years ago, Omatsuri had washed up on the island after his whole crew was killed in a storm at sea. On this island, he met Lily Carnation who revived all his crew members as plants. Omatsuri, Lily, and their revived crew set up a resort which was just a facade to capture its customers and feed it to Lily Incarnation.

Baron Omatsuri is the captain of the Red Arrows Pirates. He is known to be eccentric yet generous but this is just a facade to feed his plant. He does hold deep respect for his dead crewmates.
Muchogoro is a member of the Red Arrow Pirates. He is not really smart. He is also very short-tempered.
The other people who lived on Omatsuri Island are Lily Carnation, Rosario, Kerojii, Keroko, Kerodeek, Keroshot, Kotetsu, DJ Gappa, Brief, Ochanoma Papa, Rosa, Rick, and Daisy.
Omatsuri Island has a variety of wildlife like insects and birds. It is also known for its giant goldfish in its huge goldfish pond.
