Pero Pero no Mi in One Piece

As the fruit hasn't yet been shown in the anime, we don't know a lot about its appearance.

This fruit allows the user to create and control an infinite amount of Candy. Then can even make it move as if it was a mechanical construct. The candy created by the user is edible. When the Candy becomes hardened it becomes incredibly strong and resilient and even hidden down a human. It is not even affected by water and he can even use it to travel across the ocean by riding a mass of it around.

The candy that is made up will melt after a certain amount of time. If intense heat is applied on the candy it will melt and even a strong force can shatter it. If the user dies then all the candy items they've made will disappear. Other than that standard devil fruit weakness that other devil fruit users have, i.e. that they cannot swim.

Perospero shows his devil fruit power by making an escalator and as he is an artisan, he is quite proud of his craftsmanship. As he has access to the Third Research Institute's blueprints, he was able to replicate it through iron reinforced Candy. For combat purposes, Perospero can make up weapons and traps from hardened candy.

He also uses his power for torture and intimidation. He can be seen making a binding mechanism with the hardened Candy to hold down his enemies. After losing his arm he used his ability to replace his lost limb with a prosthetic limb made of candy.

Candy Man

In this technique, Perospero coats his opponents with candy which slowly seeps into their body. This candy will fill up their insides and stop their breathing, killing them.

Candy Escalator

In this technique, Perospero waves his candy Cane and makes a huge spiral candy escalator.

Candy Wave

In this technique, Perospero binds his enemy with candy which immobilizes them.

Candy Wall

In this technique, Perospero makes a large wall of candy to block out his enemy’s attack.

Candy Maiden

With this technique, Perospero creates a giant iron maiden out of candy and he traps his enemies inside of it.

Candy Armor

In this technique, Perospero protects himself from his enemy’s attack or harm by making a armor out of candy.

Ame Umiushi

Using this technique, Perospero creates a large blob of candy with two tentacles on the front and uses it as a means of transportation and uses it to move across the water and allows people to walk on it.

Candy Shower

With this technique, Perospero makes a bow and arrow out of candy and uses them to launch it as a large-scale attack.
