The Rattlesnake SMILE grants the user the physical characteristics of a rattlesnake. When Poker ate the Rattlesnake SMILE Fruit, he had a snake's head and body starting from his left leg and the other half of the snake’s body with the tail was on his right leg. The snake's mid-body starts from his left shoulder, goes over his head then connects to his right shoulder. He also has a forked tongue like a snake. Poker ate the Rattlesnake SMILE which gave him the characteristics of a rattlesnake. This SMILE gave him various different body parts of a snake. The snake's head and body started from his left leg and then the other half of the snake’s body with the tail was on his right leg.
