Seaside Zone in One Piece

The Seaside Zone is a grassy region with terraced rock that lowers down to sand dunes. There are average sized trees at the zone’s entrance from the Plain Zone and the ground gets rockier and sandier as the ground decreases. It also has a small flower field with a fruit tree at the center, a small cave, a pond, etc.

When Luffy and his crew entered the Seaside Zone from the Plain Zone, they found the Marines running through. The crew entered a cave, in which the orb showed them the memories of when each of them joined the crew. When they were discussing the orb, Nami said that she wanted to sell it but they soon realized that it had the power to alter the island’s terrain and it had opened up the next exit into the next zone.

They descended the stone stairs and came upon the zone’s first seal. Popora charged in front of them and tried to block their way. The orb showed Popora’s memory and Luffy’s memory from the time of Buggy’s failed execution and his first encounter with Smoker. When the orb generated an apparition of Smoker, the crew defeated him, and the energy left behind by the apparition was absorbed by the orb.

The crew continued to explore the cave trying to find Robin and Franky. They found them on a beach, and the orb showed their memories of joining the crew. Then Zoro and Sanji were found on top of a boulder. When they were all reunited and happy, the orb activated again. Out of the blue, a giant Sea King appeared and its skeleton tail came crashing down to form a path to a small island that had the next seal.

Popora ran on the skeleton's tail and let out a warning call to them which made Zoro turn around. The orb then activated which showed Poporo’s memories of challenging the Evil Guardian and Zoro’s Promise to Mihawk. After the Straw Hats defeated Mihawk’s apparition, Popora ran off and the crew returned back to the camp.

The Seaside Zone had swallowtail butterflies, hidden black-winged swallowtails, umbrella frogs, hercules beetles, fire beetles, lovely angels, pumpkin octopi, treasure pargai, golden whales, adventure fish, and great terigius.
