Shellfish Island in One Piece

When the shell of Shellfish Island is closed, it looks like a very small, tropical island that is covered with beaches and thick vegetation. It has one large, short hill that covers the whole island.

In reality, it's an oyster that has a thick shell that was covered in sand and plants grew on it. When the shell opens it is pale purple in color and has deep ridges. Inside the shell, it has a giant pearl that is three times bigger than a normal person.

Once Amanda’s father got to know about the treasure he started his search for Shellfish Island with Bayan. But Bayan betrayed him and injured him. He eventually gave his kids an Eternal Pose to an island close to Shellfish Island, a map, and a map reader hoping that they would be able to find the treasure that he was searching for.

While on the search for the treasure the kids got caught by Bayan Pirates and after they escaped with the help of Maccus and Bonney. Together they all traveled to Shellfish Island and started looking for the treasure.

Eventually, the Straw Hats crew came to Shellfish Island and met a bunch of escapees and saw that they were posing as a family and are searching for a hidden treasure. After Amanda and Luffy were kidnapped, the crew and others went to rescue them. They all worked together to piece together Amanda’s father’s tools and clues and discovered how to access the treasure.

As Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji were going deeper into the caves, they realized that they were actually in muscles holding two halves of the shell together. Once they opened it, the true nature of the island and the treasure were revealed it was a giant oyster with a huge pearl inside. After seein the pearl Amanda realized what her father’s dream was and honored his sacrifice.

It is known that Amanda’s father lived on Shellfish Island during the time he was trying to locate the island’s treasure. Amanda and her siblings were taken ti the island by Maccus and Bonney. They stayed out of her temporarily while they were hiding from the Bayan Pirates.
