Usopp was born in Syrup Village. It is a peaceful area. The village is located in the Gecko Islands.
Syrup Village is a very sleepy community and is surrounded by grasslands, dirt trails, hills, and forests. The villagers live in simplistic houses. There are two slopes that come from the island’s shoreline to the village. One of them is located toward the north, and the other one is to the south. These passages are the only way to reach Syrup Village from the beach. One of the famous places in Syrup Village is Meshi, the restaurant where Luffy, Nami, and Zoro get to know Usopp better.
The other place that stands out in this village is Kaya’s mansion where she and her servant Merry live. This house belonged to Kaya’s father but after her parents’ death, she inherited the whole mansion and the fortune. This estate is protected by mansion guards. Usopp used to sneak around here to meet Kaya. Kuro intended to kill Kaya and tried to manipulate her to sign the will for him to inherit it, but he was defeated by Luffy and thrown off the island.
