There isn’t much known about Toroa other than the fact that Byron, a pirate who came from a long family of musicians, was born here. He eventually left and made his way towards the Grand Line, where he was captured and sold off as a slave.
Other than that, nothing is known about the island as it is yet to make an appearance.
Byron was a pirate and a musician before he was sold off at the Human Auctioning House. He is the only known inhabitant of Toroa.
