The only people living in this city are bounty hunters who work for Baroque Works. They catch any bounties who come to this city in order to support their organization’s missions. As a result, Miss Monday pointed out that the city does not have many supplies.

The locals here trick pirates into believing that they are kind and welcoming, throw a party for them, and then turn the pirates in and steal everything from their ship when they fall asleep.

It appears that Whisky Peak is well-known for its booze, but it’s unclear whether this is the case or whether it’s just a cover for stockpiling alcohol to more effectively subdue pirates covertly. 100 bounty hunters were defeated here by Roronoa Zoro.

After the time skip, it is revealed that Mr. 9 and Miss Monday are residing there and raising a family.

The town itself resembles a pueblo town in the northwest.

The Princess of the Arabasta Kingdom is Nefertari Vivi. She is the daughter of Titi and Nefertati Cobra. Under the codename, Miss Wednesday, Vivi debuted as a Bounty Hunter under Baroque Works.

Igaram

Igaram is the captain of Arabasta royal guard. Under the codename Mr. 8, Igaram assisted Nefertari Vivi infiltrate Baroque Works as a Frontier Agent.

Karoo

Karoo is Vivi’s pet super spot-billed duck, a fast-moving bird. Karoo infiltrated the Baroque Works group alongside owner Vivi.

Miss Monday

Miss Monday is the code name of a former frontier agent of Baroque Works, and she was a partner of Igaram (Mr. 8 at the time). She stayed at Whisky Peak and gave birth to a kid with Mr. 9 after Baroque Works fell.
