When Monet joined the Donquixote Pirates, Doflamingo gave her and her sister Sugar devil fruits. The devil fruit Monet received was the Yuki Yuki no Mi. When Monet was thirty, she was killed by Caesar Clown and after her death, the fruit went back into circulation.
As the fruit hasn't yet been shown in the anime, we don't know a lot about its appearance.
The major strength of this devil fruit is that it allows the user to turn themselves into snow. They have extreme resistance towards cold. This devil fruit is quite similar to the Hie Hie no Mi, but that one is definitely superior to the Yuki Yuki no Mi. The difference between them is that the user's snow is not always in solid form and they can compress the snow, and they can't directly freeze their target. Physical attacks can pass through easily without injuring the user.
Even though physical attacks pass through the user, they can be weakened by using Busoshoku Haki, Seastone, and heat. The user can also lose control of their body transformations if they are mentally unstable. Other than that, they have the standard devil fruit weakness that is the inability to swim.
As she is a Logia user, Monet can turn herself into snow to avoid any attacks by letting them pass through her or by floating around. She can also manipulate the density of snow to form barriers. These barriers are very hard to destroy but she can easily pass through them. She can also weaken someone by hugging them as her body is extremely cold at all times.
She can even transform into snow and can hide in snowstorms. She can also make huge snow storms which help her take advantage of the cold to weaken her opponents.
The techniques used by Monet are:
In this technique, Monet makes a barrier of snow around a nearby person or object. This barrier is very strong and can't be broken down easily.
In this technique, Monet creates a solid snow wall which can be used to block doorways or any path.
In this technique, Monet turns into snow and then surrounds her opponent's body with the snow which weakens and immobilizes them. When the enemy is trapped, she then transforms into a huge snow monster with long fangs and attacks her enemies.
In this technique, Monet freezes the feathers on her wings which get transformed into sharp, solid snow blades.
In this technique, Monet swings her wings to release numerous solid hardened snowballs which have small rabbit ears, whiskers, and eyes, at her enemies.
In this technique, Monet releases a storm of snow from her lips that quickly surrounds her enemies and traps them within a blizzard.
