In the chapter, Red Haired Shanks, an Emperor of the Sea, and members of his pirate crew were on Yukiryu island when Shanks got a call from Rockstar, a member of the infamous Red Hair Pirates. Rockstar informed Shanks that Edward Newgate, aka Whitebeard, tore Shanks's letter and asked him to meet in person if he wanted to talk.
