At some point in the past, Lassoo, Mr. 4’s bazooka, “consumed” the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Dachshund. The bazooka transformed into a living creature via Vegapunk’s modified process.

The fruit’s basic strength is that it provides its user with the abilities of a dachshund. The fruit’s most significant strength in the case of Mr. 4’s weapon is that it has given life to an otherwise lifeless thing. Because of the dachshund’s extended length and the length of a cannon, equating the weapon with the force of a dachshund looks fitting for the situation. Mr. 4 now has a one-of-a-kind weapon to battle with. Mr. 4’s gun has transformed into a moving turret thanks to the Devil Fruit’s power.

So far, the fruit does not appear to have any unique weaknesses aside from the standard Devil Fruit flaws. The fruit, on the other hand, has seemingly made itself sensitive to sickness by giving Mr. 4’s gun life, as evidenced by Lassoo catching a cold.

The fruit’s power has been used to bring Mr. 4’s gun, Lassoo, to life. As a result, Mr. 4 now has a living and walking turret to combine with his battling abilities. Though the fruit’s power has given Mr. 4 an advantage in battle, the cannon can be used against him in some ways. The Devil Fruit has also been used inadvertently by the gun, Lassoo, to think of dreams that would be difficult for a normal gun to think of.
